Possible change to the title of this article

This article is currently named in accordance the Wikipedia:WikiProject UK Railways naming conventions for British rolling stock allocated a TOPS number. Last Passenger Service

An IP editor has twice added a column headed "Last Passenger Service", without any sourcing at all. This, to me, doesn't just go against WP:V (and possibly WP:NOR as well), but is information of interest only to trainspotters, and is not the level of detail that an encyclopedia should go to (see WP:NOTEVERYTHING). --Redrose64 (talk) 11:18, 9 November 2016 (UTC)

Agree. The last passenger service, and/or last goods service, for the entire class may be useful in the text of the Withdrawal section, but only if supported by a reliable source (and presumably would need to be qualified by "in British Rail service"). Incident in Top Gear

Correct me if I wrong but the list of preserved British Rail diesel locomotives states that 45015 was scrapped in November of 2021 The article should be change with this info in mind SSBN-737 (talk) 21:26, 31 March 2025 (UTC)

That's the problem, I can't find a secondary source to verify the loco ever existed in preservation. Reading between the lines, it was never a viable proposition, pursued by a group with more enthusiasm than abilty. Murgatroyd49 (talk) 08:37, 1 April 2025 (UTC)
