Can someone who knows sort out the infobox wheelbase value? Bleakcomb (talk) 06:08, 30 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Numbering

[edit]

I have changed D6134 to D6132 to match this source. If D6134 was correct, please give a reference. Mock wurzel soup (talk) 22:41, 27 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Rebuild at Paxman works

[edit]

The Background section refers to the first members of the class having been rebuilt "...with Paxman Ventura V12 engines at Paxman's Colchester works". I'm not sure if it's worthy of an edit to clarify that this was done at the Britannia works, which had rail access (being alongside Colchester St Botolphs station) and not at the better known Hythe Hill "Standard Works" which had no rail connection.

This can be confirmed from this source, the authority on all things Paxman on the internet.
