I am the Knowledge Management Manager at Bristows Law Firm. In 1979 George B Cooke, on his retirement as a partner, wrote a history of the firm. Since that time various individuals within the firm, mostly recently myself, have kept up the tradition of keeping a record of noteworthy events in its history. I have used information included within George B Cooke’s 1979 memoirs, as well as other information gathered more recently about the firm, to update and expand the current Wikipedia entry for Bristows.
