Revered Entertainer?

Brian Conley leaving rumours
[edit]Can I suggest that this page is protected so that we can stop the users from editing the departing section. It's constantly edited saying that Brian Conley is leaving, however there's been no confirmation that he is leaving and that until we have confirmation from the BBC and Brian himself, he should stay in the regular characters section. 82.19.40.217 (talk) 16:23, 12 September 2023 (UTC)
Too much unsourced detail (tags)
[edit]The BLP-sources tag is dated from 2014 and if no editor has found sourcing for the various material in that time, shouldn't the unsourced material be removed? I added the tag about excessive detail and will give it a few days, and if there's no objection, I'll be bold and start chopping. BBQboffingrill me 05:20, 4 May 2025 (UTC)
- I removed the uncited material in the main section and added unsourced section tags for the various awards, credits, roles, discography, etc. All the information is stored in the page history so if anyone wants to go back and find a RS for him having playing Buttons in Cinderella in 1990 at the New Wimbledon Theatre, they can knock themselves out. Add back if you like, but there must be sources. One more week and if there's no objection I'll remove the rest of the unsourced material along with the tags.
