The entire article is based on one source: Frank Whelan's Channel 69 article. In addition, the link to this article is now dead. I'll see if I can restore the archived version of the article via the Wayback Machine.

I'd also like to point out a factual error that made me look into this further. Max Hess bought the ballfield in 1958, not 1960. I assume Whelan had this wrong, but I'll be able to find out if I can access the article. Allreet (talk) 21:15, 15 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
