- ... that Sports Business Journal reported that the Braves considered partnering with other regional teams such as the Atlanta Hawks, Memphis Grizzlies, and Nashville Predators to create a multi-team RSN, before BravesVision was announced the next day?

New enough and long enough. QPQ-exempt nominator. Hook fact checks out. I've been following the RSN roller coaster pretty thoroughly. Opening Day is near, so we could do something like this and make it a special occasion hook, if you like @Wexmoney: Sammi Brie (she/her · t · c) 02:41, 9 March 2026 (UTC)

Overall:
It is very good, except I do not know which source it is cited to.
- The article was expanded by over 5x within just one day of the nomination, so this is good.
- I do not know for sure what the source is that cites Alt1, so I would like that to be answered.
- The hook does not appear in the article, only it is basically in the name of citation 10 by MLB where it says, "Atlanta Braves Announce Launch of Exclusive Braves Television Network: BravesVision".
- QPQ is not needed for nomination since the nominator has less than five DYK nominations.
- @Floating Orb: Note that Sammi Brie already made a full review before you did, so you cannot claim this as a QPQ for a future nomination. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 02:12, 1 April 2026 (UTC)
- I strongly object to any hook which can be reduced to the form "... that <new commercial product> is now available". DS (talk) 20:52, 18 April 2026 (UTC)
I was discussing this nomination with Sammi over on Discord and we came to the conclusion that the article is lacking in hooky material. She did find some more sources about BravesVision, but none of them included information that could work as hooks. Coupled with the fact that the nominator hasn't edited since April 1 and never responded here, regrettably there does not appear to be a path forward at this time. - I'm gonna let this one go (out to the Chop House in right at Truist Park). Narutolovehinata5 pinged me, and the problem I'm having is that any reasonably good hook won't be interesting or would be very technical or inside baseball. The Braves announcer compared it to TBS on a podcast! Great, but the superstation era is a lot to explain in a DYK hook. They have their own live trucks at away games! That's gonna bore someone in Ahmedabad or Aberdeen or any other A city not named Atlanta. Sammi Brie (she/her · t · c) 07:41, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
