Discussion

[edit]

This article was created based on a long discussion at work about Brand Loyalty and how some companies can experience a reverse effect if their products are poor. For example, I have personally experienced many problems with Apple's hardware and software, and avoid Apple's products. Where most people have Brand Loyalty for Apple's products (as mentioned in the Wikipedia article for Brand loyalty), based on my personal experiences, I have the opposite outlook on their products.

I mentioned Diebold in this article since I feel that most US users have probably heard of how poorly their machines have been made. (Google News: Diebold)

To avoid the possibility of being considered for deletion as a nn neologism it would benefit from in-text citations to multiple sources.--h i s s p a c e r e s e a r c h 13:42, 23 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
