Given the importance of bow wave formation as a limiting factor on ship speed, shouldn't this be at least Mid importance? Andy Dingley (talk) 13:00, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
Boundaries of a bow wave
[edit]It is not clear from the current text what the boundaries of a bow wave are. For example, does the bow wave extend indefinitely aft, or is there a boundary on the backward side? Mark.camp (talk) 00:33, 7 February 2015 (UTC)
