'Manor House'

[edit]

Manor House, 57 Lincoln Road, is called a Grade II listed builing in a (cited) housing association press release. However, it is not listed on the National Heritage List for England and the planning officer's report for the conversion does not mention listed status, only that it is a "building of local importance as identified under Policy PP17 of the Peterborough Planning Policies DPD (2012)".
