Globalize

I added the Globalize clean-up tag to this article because the article seems focussed on the situation of the US-Mexico border and construction of its wall, without examining the situation for other US borders or border enforcement situations of other countries. For example, Australia has its own border force that patrols the Australian coastline and intercepts migrant boats and people-smugglers. There are similar organisations operated by the United Kingdom and European Union that intercept illegal migrants.
