Rewrite

This article needs a rewrite. It is not coherently structured, but I am not certain how to fix it either. Anyone able to help?? --sunstar net^talk 00:38, 7 February 2007 (UTC)

Notable people

Boothstown is also home to ex-Holby City star Ian Aspinall (character Mubbs Hussain) and Coronation Street's Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall). The Charlatans front man Tim Burgess grew up on Linkfield Drive in Boothstown. Amongst previous residents is former Manchester United footballer Eric Cantona , who lived on Vicars Hall gardens for a short period immediately after the famous 'Kung-Fu kick' incident at Selhurst Park.
