Merge proposal

Merging into Book size makes sense. Note that the external authoritative links seem to use the term book sizes, and "book formats" is not specific; perhaps it should land at "book sizes". flux.books 17:53, 4 March 2006 (UTC)

• ABEbooks Glossary discusses modern usage

I agree that they should both go into "Book sizes". Newly added reference also uses this title:
