This article states "Lacey, who travels to Los Angeles [...] unwittingly brings a broken piece of glass from the mirror with her", but the article for the first film states "Lacey travels to Hollywood, [...] where she brings along the last surviving haunted mirror shard from the end of the first movie as proof to her horrifying experiences".
