[edit]

These are not needed if and until somebody dies. Why do we need them when most editors on this website, including unregistered IP editors, know how to add them when and if somebody does die? Imagine keeping death_date= and death_place= on an article like you're waiting for them to die so you can fill in the parameters—that's almost creepy. I am all for keeping applicable parameters, particularly in other infoboxes, if they still apply but just aren't filled out—I don't remove parameters simply because they're empty. Some just do not apply, like spouse=—Bolis Pupul is not married. If and when he does get married or other parameters apply, just readd them. No other editor I have ever come into contact with on this website has ever had an issue with my (or another editor) removing those parameters when the person is still very much alive. The value isn't "unknown" , so that point doesn't apply. The parameters simply don't apply because the person isn't dead. Ss112 08:53, 8 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Ss112 People copy-paste infobox parameters from the template:infobox person documentation, no one is insterting these emptyu parameters manually Mach61 17:27, 26 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
