Nearco
[edit]One Grand Onyx, a TB, QH, paint cross has numerous champion racehorses in his bloodline such as: nearco, bold ruler, secretariat, Northern Dancer, and Nasrullah. Bold Ruler outstanding sire of sires?
[edit]Bold Ruler was an outstanding sire, no doubt about it, but none of his sons and none of grandsons was a convincing sire. As stated later in the article his sire line almost died out in the 1980s. It was his great-great-grandson A.P.Indy, who saved his sire line, and he was indeed quite a good sire of sires, but Bold Ruler was not. Kassandro (talk) 23:29, 29 December 2023 (UTC)
