MOS:CONTEXTBIO says "neither previous nationalities nor the country of birth should be mentioned in the opening paragraph unless relevant to the subject's notability" and "These details can be introduced in the second sentence if they are of defining importance". He did nothing of note in the first 4 years of his life he lived in the UK so the fact he was born there is irrelevant to his notability. Hi there, since MOS:NATIONALITY applies to someone who emigrated as a child and continued to identify as a citizen of their adopted country. Per the above guidance, we do not add country of birth ("British-born American"). These details can be introduced in the second sentence if they are of defining importance.
