Removed French quote

I removed the French quote in the art section, considering that there's little need for a French quote in English Wikipedia: somebody needs to accurately translate it. 75.185.61.82 05:01, 4 August 2007 (UTC)

Latitude differences

"(typically the period is about 40 minutes in length)" - This would theoretically vary based on which latitude you're at and thus how fast the sun is setting.
