According to the Blue Bell website history page (as of 22 April, 2015) still states this fact (emphasis mine): "And although Blue Bell is only available in about 30% of the nation’s supermarkets, it ranks as one of the top three, best-selling ice creams in the country. Our products are sold in 23 states including: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, South Carolina and parts of Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wyoming. No matter how much the market grows, quality standards never change and are never diluted or compromised. Bush Blue bell

Resolved

I'm not positive, but i believe that President Bush has bluebell ice cream shipped to him in the white house, as it's not availible in Washington, D.C. Could someone verify the fact and add it? 70.153.93.73 02:38, 5 June 2006 (UTC)

The article now says, "People living outside the sales area can have the ice cream shipped to them, and U.S. President George W. Which decade?

"By the 1960s, the company completely abandoned the production of butter and began focusing solely on ice cream. By the end of the decade, the company began to expand their markets. This is a little unclear. Does the second "by the end of the decade. . ." refer to the 1960s? The 1970s? Emoll 21:52, 1 September 2007 (UTC)

Wiki Education Editing Plan

Howdy! As part of a Technical and Professional writing course at Texas A&M, I am beginning work on this article. I wanted to share my plans for editing this article before I make any significant changes.

My current plan consists of the following notable changes:

· Copyediting as needed, grammar, tone, etc.

· Rearranging the presentation of certain information to fit proper timelines and sentence flow.

· Insertion of extra subheadings to allow for clear information presentation and overall article simplification.

· Adding pictures (subject to change) to allow for a visually appealing look.

· Omit and clarify information already stated throughout the article.

I wanted to post this to state my plan for editing ideas. Please do not hesitate to let me know if there is any information I should know about this article. I am looking forward to working with you all!

I have successfully implemented all edits noted in my plan. Here are the notable changes I have made:

1. I have moved several sections to be under the history section as I found it to be more beneficial to the article. While these are important events worth noting in the article, I found that they more so needed subheadings than entire sections.
2. On the topic of subheadings, I have added subheadings inside the history section to allow for readers clear understanding of the information being presented.
3. I have separated and copyedited several sentences and paragraphs for grammar, format, continuity, and overall structure.
4. While I did not add information, I ensured that the information provided by Wikipedians before me was presented in an understandable manner. No citations were altered or added past the ones provided at the time of my editing.
5. Structurally, I moved sections around such as the 'operations' and 'products' sections. I have moved 'Products' to be before 'Operations' as I believe you cannot have an operation without the product.
6. I had edited the lead to be positively spoken of the Creamery and present a more positive tone for the rest of the article.

Some more common/ minor edits I had found were:

1. Grammar/ spelling mistakes.
2. Formatting/ information presentation being spotty or vague.
