Blue-gray/livid

I restructured the lead to put "blue-gray" first, matching the article's title and body. "Livid" has a reasonable claim to priority as the historical term, but "blue-gray" has the advantage of clarity. I imagine that for most English speakers today, "livid" primarily means "angry".
