I changed many incorrect statements in the introduction. Deleted "which the Israeli government passed" the Israeli parliament, The Knesset, not the cabinet, passes laws. The inclusion of one's biometric data in the central database is only voluntary at the current first phase and would sooner or later be mandatory. TheCuriousGnome (talk) 01:58, 5 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
