Why does this page exist?

[edit]

Why does this redirect exist? Wikipedia does not (yet) have a listing for big blue book. Little Blue Book, yes, but not (yet) big blue book. LP-mn (talk) 02:36, 28 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

If somebody objects to this page's very existence, or some of its contents, then I contend that the most important or relevant part of the page is the top line where it (now) states: "Not to be confused with Little Blue Book (publisher of) or Little Blue Book." Modify it otherwise to your heart's content. I've done my part. LP-mn (talk) 15:01, 28 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, no. You've inadvertently hijacked this page. The Haldeman-Julius Company produced Big Blue Books as well as Little Blue Books, and these were historically more important that the bicycle thing about which you've written. —SlamDiegoT 00:20, 20 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
I have cloned your content to “The Big Blue Book of Bicycle Repair”, modified this article from a temporary redirect to a stub, placed a disambiguation notice on it, and removed the absurd disambiguation notice from “Little Blue Book”. —SlamDiegoT 00:32, 20 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
