Betony as a name and a plant

[edit]

I'm moving the following text: "Betony plays a charactor in Elizabeth Kay's outstanding trilogy, The Divide." from Stachys officinalis to here (until we can figure out where, if anywhere, this should go). A google search seems to show that betony the plant is most common, but it is not unknown as a name (see for presence in a name list, or for an example of someone named Betony). Perhaps Betony should be a disambiguation page? Or perhaps that should be Betony (disambiguation)? Kingdon (talk) 02:47, 6 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

the novels are notable, but just so. the individual characters, unless written about by third parties, are not notable in themselves. this can stay here for historical purposes, but i dont see the need for a disambig page.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 06:55, 22 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
