Name

[edit]
Moving this page from Beth-horon to Bethoron, its English name, per Wikipedia naming guidelines. Tiamut 14:49, 12 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
Where did you get the idea that Bethoron is the proper English name, vs. Beth Horon? A Google Scholar search for the latter yeilds 226 results, more than 10 times the number of results for Bethoron. Isarig 18:04, 12 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
Maybe I'm wrong. I have no strong objections to moving it back if that's what people think should be done. Tiamut 19:25, 12 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Deletion of sourced material

[edit]

Dear Beit Or. This is the second time you delete this material without elaborating as to what the problem is exactly. I have restored much of it, placed some in a footnote, deleted a heading and done a general copy edit. Could you, before deleting this material again, please explain what is "biased" about it and how it fails to conform with WP:NPOV, WP:RS or WP:V? Thank you. Greek name

[edit]

The Greek name also needs a transliteration. Aminabzz (talk) 00:33, 31 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
