Technical problem

[edit]

Hi,

I would like doing a reference, but I didn't manage to do it. If somebody is better than me, he could help me. --Bobybarman34 (talk) 16:42, 18 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Contested deletion

[edit]

This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because I created this article on the wikipedia french versionand it wasn't delete. It must be created because it could become the caractere's biography. It's very important article about the topic. I know it didn't respect the guideline, but I can improve it. Moreover, this article is about the character, not the writer. Don't touch this article. Thank --Bobybarman34 (talk) 17:36, 18 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Rather than delete this, I have redirected it to the relevant section of the author's article. From there there are links to the first three Bernie Gunther books, which will let the interested reader find out about him.
If you want to make an article about the character, first read WP:WAF. If it is to be kept, it would need to be more than just plot summary, and it should show WP:Notability by reference to "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject" about the character, not just abut the author or the books.
