Ben Davis → Benjamin Davis – Ben Davis should redirect to Benjamin Davis, rather than the other way around. Main title headers of disambiguation pages usually indicate a full name, such as "Richard", rather than "Rick" or "Dick", or "Charles", rather than "Charlie" or "Chuck" if, among the listed people, at least one person's WP:COMMONNAME is the full name.
