The first edit to this article tripped a "possible AI text detection" edit-filter and included a reference to a non-existent article.
The current state of the article still contains LLM-like sentences like Believe Square stands as a testament to this spirit, celebrating the borough's heritage and the accomplishments of its residents., The piece features a stainless steel face, symbolizing the resilience and identity of the Wigan community. as well as using markdown-like bolded lists (another thing that LLMs are known to be doing) and while being extremely promotionally written.
