• Under Taxonomy, recommend wikilinking or otherwise explaining "cupule-peduncle" as that is not a term most people would be expected to understand.

On the Species table, I recommend the following edits:

• Fagus caspica – Dewikilink Azerbaijan and Iran.
  • Done.
• Fagus hayatae – Dewikilink Taiwan.
  • Done.
• Fagus longipetiolata – Dewikilink Vietnam.
  • Done.
• Fagus mexicana – There is something wonky with the Distribution column; check out the coding to make sure everything is correct.
  • Seems to behave normally; coding is normal too.
    • User:Chiswick Chap: There was an errant quotation mark. Do you mean to have a bare URL in that cell?
• Fagus orientalis – Dewikilink Bulgaria, Greece, and Turkey.
  • Done.

• Under Etymology, dewikilink Greece.
  • Done.

• Under Pests and diseases, recommend rewriting "US" as "United States".
  • Done; it's a Wiki-standard usage.

• Under Ornamental tree, remove the "and" before "the fern-leaved beech".
  • No, it's correct in BE.
    • User:Chiswick Chap: There is another element after this one that is preceded by "and", rendering this "and" inappropriate.
      • Ah, there was a full stop instead of a comma. Fixed.
• Under Food and food preparation, recommend wikilinking Normandy.
