This article is messed up

Article Update
[edit]Several of the references had broken links which have been fixed. Additional references and links have been added for clarity and included references to earlier examples of the technique such as Waygood Bumps and solder bumps. An alternative technology section has also been added for interest including reference links. Also a general tidy up was performed.Miffo7uk (talk) 17:17, 15 February 2011 (UTC)
