Explanation needed
[edit]First sentence of History section. "There may have been quarrying on the hillside in the 15th century and lias was dug in the early 19th." Polite question: What is lias?
The two hamlets mentioned in the introduction used to be Bradney and Horsey. Horsey has been changed to Knowle, but the explanation for Horsey remains. Why?
I know this is a short article about a tiny place, but I'm still curious.
