Description of the battle is missing

[edit]

This article appears to be work-in-progress:

  1. The lead is too short; it is not even a complete sentence
  2. The text only covers the background and the British OOB
  3. The actual battle is not described at all

My proposal would be to WP:DRAFTIFY the article. Alternative can be to mark it as {{under construction}} and make it "feature complete" in a short time. Pinging @DrMako: Викидим (talk) 00:49, 12 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Half an article?

[edit]

what is going on here, this seems to be half an article with the second half missing? Deathlibrarian (talk) 06:14, 12 April 2025 (UTC)Reply

I just added some text about the battle itself that we can improve on. I'll see what I can do about the remainder of the article.TH1980 (talk) 03:37, 9 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
I have now put in a section about the battle's aftermath that we can build and improve on. TH1980 (talk) 00:17, 16 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
And I have now added a section on the Zulu forces that fought at Inyezane that we can improve and expand on.TH1980 (talk) 01:25, 23 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
It's an unassessed article because there isn't enough to asssess, if what's there is accurate but there isn't enough for a complete article that's because no-one has taken it in hand. Your additions are welcome. Regards Keith-264 (talk) 10:32, 23 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
Thank you, Keith. I will keep seeing what I can do to further improve the article.TH1980 (talk) 02:38, 30 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
