Clarify rewrite request
[edit]This article is misleading and incorrect. Not all battery indicators are diagnostics. Not all battery diagnostics use visual indicators (I'm sitting 3 meters from one that does not.) Not all batteries are related to computers. Not all indicators suggest a battery needs replacement. (For example, on submarines, indicators may indicate dangerous gas, or need to replenish battery fluid.)
There are people who have spent a large part of their career working with batteries, and who have great expertise. One of them should write this article.
