Questioning the statement about this being "among the first such bridges in the world"

As written, the page states that this was among the first cable-stayed bridges in the world. There may be some feature of this bridge (eg perhaps its asymmetric design) that makes it among the first of that type of cable-stayed bridge in the world, but cable-stayed bridges date back (with many examples) to way before this one, as detailed on the Wiki page linked. Nobody responded to my comment above (the article previously read "Built between 1966 and 1968, it was the first cable-stayed bridge in Australia and among the first such bridges in the world."), so I have deleted that latter claim from the article. JA 1961 (talk) 17:50, 14 January 2026 (UTC)
