Is the psychoanalysis part relevant?

[edit]

Sigmund Freud is an important thinker, but psychoanalysis remains pseudoscience, and the guy cited in the next paragraph makes a very dubious claim. 2A01:CB09:E02E:D7A7:24AE:61FF:FE65:5E30 (talk) 03:48, 22 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

"Florida Senator Robert W. McKnight sits on a toilet seat at his desk in the Florida Senate building". This is a great photo, but surely does not actually illustrate the phenomenon in question? He's not even in a bathroom. He's doing some kind of elaborate joke based on the concept, I guess? We should get a better picture here to illustrate the article and then cover whatever incident this was also in the article so we can also use this picture, thereby having our cake and eating it too. I added a new picture up top and kept the old picture as a harmless bit of fun. Dingolover6969 (talk) 09:01, 10 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
