Altered Intro

One of the first lines was not incorrect but confusing for the layman. Typically, basophilic refers to tissues that bind basic dyes. Although, dyes may be referred to as basophilic, which means they bind basic structures, and are themselves acidic.

"It describes the microscopic appearance of cells and tissues, as seen down the microscope, after a histological section has been stained with a dye attracted to basic molecules."

Was changed to:

"It describes the microscopic appearance of cells and tissues, as seen down the microscope, after a histological section has been stained with a basic dye."
