Basidiospore spelled wrong
[edit]71.112.106.35 02:11, 17 April 2006 (UTC)I noticed the headline was spelled Basiodiospore when I was doing a search for Basidiospore. The first "o" needs to be omitted, and I found the page for editing, but it doesn't allow changes to the headline. Just bringing it up if anyone else knows how to fix it. Thanks! - SB
Merge proposal
[edit]I propose merging the article Plage (mycology) into this one. I tried to expand Plage, but it simply is a niche subject, that does not have much information in it. I believe it might fit better into this article. Another editor suggested this in 2006, so it seems about time. Зэгс ус (talk) 00:24, 22 April 2025 (UTC)

[edit]@Зэгс ус - to be honest, you probably know more about GA than I, having Lentinus brumalis under your belt. I would recommend looking at some other recent fungi GAs as examples and also request a copyedit from the GOCE (though that may take a while). I'll try to briefly look at it as well. I'm sorry I can't really give more advice, 'specially since, unlike thy, I am quite unversed in mycology. Best of luck at GAN if you eventually go there.
