Colonial census and Raj era sources

@CharlesWain, @Ekdalian, I can see this article was expanded recently using colonial census reports and Raj era sources. You have either put "better source needed" template or partially removed some contents; but are these enough in this case? Also pinging Doctrosa who added these for answers.
