At first, it looked just like advertising to me, but following the links, it really seems this is a program with proponents as well as opponents. It seems there could be a relevant article here, but it needs to be expanded a bit, since it seems to be more than just the ID scanning involved. Delaque (talk) 15:12, 23 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
