Inconsistency?

The third paragraph in the section Language structure says

In Swahili, for example, mtoto mdogo amekisoma (for comparison, Kamwana kadoko kariverenga in Shona language) means 'The small child has read it [a book]'. Mtoto 'child' governs the noun prefix ki- (representing the diminutive form of the word) and the verb subject prefix a-. 

Shouldn't it be amekisoma?

Yes, this is an error, so far as I understand the language. Animate objects (people, animals) modify in a way consistent with the M/Wa class, so a good child would be mtoto mzuri. The sentence in question should be Mtoto amekisoma. I believe that kitoto means childish, not child, but even the word had been a ki-sounding noun, such as kipofu (a blind person), it would be kipofu mzuri amekisoma (the good blind person read it), vs. kitabu kizuri kimesomwa (the good book was read (the m in "somwa" indicating passive voice).
