remove inappropriate heading "Cheques were issued by customers but the bank issued no banknotes" as it does not comply with Wikipedia style
remove unsourced claim that bank was in operation until "at least" 1905
remove verbose paragraph about G Stuart Park and replace with facts contained in Park's journal article
