Indeed, the wrong chemical structure seems to have become associated with this drug. However, since PubChem is often wrong, I don't think it's a good idea to go by that website alone. Based on what is reported by the World Health Organization, which is authoritative on drug identities, it looks like PubChem is nearly correct (it is missing stereochemical information). I have updated the article based on the WHO report at http://www.who.int/medicines/publications/druginformation/issues/RL78_INN.pdf Thanks for catching the problem and reporting it here.
