I haven't got the book, but an interview on the radio today mentioned that there was more material about Ballard's experiences during the Blitz appearing in Levine, Joshua. IMDB

IMDB is not considered a reliable source, given that they do not screen submissions and submitters are not required to prove their submissions by citing reliable third-party sources. Posting multiple links to IMDB and to Berkeley's filmography there throughout the article and here on the talk page is a bit overkill. Wikipedia is not a list of items longer than the rest of the article. A representative selection of his many roles is more than sufficient, in light of the fact that the "life and career" section is also a list of his roles.
