This is a note to myself to add information about the mixing of naming customs from Balinese converts to Islam and Muslim Balinese subgroups. There is some preliminary information in Demography of Indonesia's Ethnicity (Q140650135). If you are someone else seeing this and I haven't gotten around to it, feel free to ping me here as a reminder if it has been more than a month or do it yourself.
