Adding new section

I added a short section explaining the concept of naẓm in Arabic rhetoric, showing how meaning is created through the arrangement of words rather than individual terms. BluePencil33 Hello! I see you’re a new user, so I appreciate that you were engaging in good faith. I wanted to clarify that I created this article and set up the section on historical development. I had organized it as a timeline, and I noticed you added the Nazm theory right under the Modern revival sub-section. Because of the placement, it appeared a bit disorganized, which is why I removed it.

That said, your contribution is very welcome! You might want to check out the Dala'il al-I'jaz article, which I also created. There, I provide a brief overview of Nazm theory, and if you see any areas that could use further improvement or expansion, your input would be highly appreciated.
