This page is titled "Backseat Driver" so it is just really the "Song Title" which seems OK, but earlier tonight I saw pages titled like this: "Song Title (Artist Name song)". So if I formatted the current page's title to match that format, it would instead be: "Backseat Driver (Kane Brown song)", and that seems far superior to the Wikipedia title just being "Song Title" / "Backseat Driver". I wondered if anyone can point me to information about which is more correct? Also can you help me understand how I'd go about correcting that? I'd correct every title I see, if I know how. I'm not good posting in forums or researching how to's. But I'll come back here to see if any help was posted here. I'm not new at wiki editing, but my skills are a little rusty. Thank you. -Carolyn Fallendarlin (talk) 07:15, 21 June 2025 (UTC).

The current title is fine, and so are most other "Song Title" page titles. You shouldn't correct them. We only add a qualifier in parentheses to a page title in case the title would otherwise be ambiguous. Examples:
Revolution (Beatles song) – with qualifier, because there are many other songs and other subjects called "Revolution"
Revolution 9 – without qualifier, because the song is the only notable subject with that name
She Loves You – without qualifier, because the song is the most notable subject with that name
Yesterday (song) – with short qualifier, because the Beatles song is the most notable song of that name
