Prominent vs. predominant

quoted from Okrent, is "predominant" actually intended? If (as I suspect) "prominent" was actually intended, was the error Okamoto's, Okrent's, or the Wikipedian's? --Haruo (talk) 16:12, 10 May 2015 (UTC)

Capitalization
