Actually, "Babele" ( baba, pl. "babale") - with accent on first "e", not on "a" - is a device, in reel shape , 40-60 cm tall, used to anchor the boats and ships on it in docks. (by Costin)


I'm really sorry to say, but whoever tagged this article as not meeting a notability guideline is an idiot. The subject of this article is more than notable. But there is no point to try to explain something to an idiot, they'll never understand, anyway. Unfortunately any work you put on wikipedia is subject to be deleted by some idiot like the one who tagged this article.
