according to spec table in the 2022 flyer is 85.4 kwh, rather than 76.9 kwh as stated in the article. I believe that is the extented range version, 602km range. These are supposedly being sold for about US $35K in China. I guess they only have ordinary new car smell though, unlike Teslas which have Elon Musk. 2602:243:2007:9330:15DA:CAD1:28F4:E61E (talk) 05:46, 23 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

The BYD Han L appears to be a mechanically distinct vehicle from the regular Han in a different market segment, and is not intended to replace it. The shared Han naming may be to cash in on the existing Han's recognition/reputation and the shared general size class and body style, and/or due to running out of appropriate Chinese dynasty names to use. Confusingly, the Han L's PHEV and BEV versions appear to be built on separate mechanical platforms from my understanding, which would typically warrant splitting them into further separate articles, but if the normal Hans are like this too, I think it is OK to just let them all stay under this article to avoid a potential mess.
