Tourist TV

[edit]

I remember in the early/mid-nineties BTQ7 produced a video called "Tourist TV". It was a looping tourism information video usually featured on Channel 11 at Gold Coast hotels. It featured various information segments on what to do in the Gold Coast, plus a programme hosted by Frank Warwick called "Shadows on the Beach". I also faintly remember it featuring an advertisement for a show at Dracula's!

I've been trying to find information all over the internet for Tourist TV, but haven't been able to find any sources. This post is only being sourced by my own memories.

Save the Planet Promo

[edit]

Curious to know when it was that 7 used to run the 'save the planet' promo piece in Brisbane ... was it the 80's or the 90"s... ? 1.146.64.57 (talk) 02:08, 10 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
