Carburettor icing/hot start problems

[edit]

Most R-series used SU carbs for fuel delivery and were very much unlikely to suffer from carb icing. The only model that may have had this problem were the MG1600 Weber DCNF equipped models. This is equally so with the hot start problems. - Does anyone have any citations for this because to simply blanket the whole engine range with the described problems seems a bit dubious to me. 77.100.14.241 (talk) 21:05, 30 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
