Award or decoration → Distinction (award) – WP:CONCISE. Not sure precurrent article name is optimal. Ever considered an overhaul? Disambiguation page Distinction seems to suggest "distinction" as the most generic term for the overall scope - circumfering different kinds of awards, orders, medals, decorations, prizes and what not - isn't it?
